OUR
PHILOSOPHY:
To control even- step of production: from scions to the wine bottling. As s result - we have: -Our own nursery producing 500 000 grafted rootlings per year. -Vineyards in three main appellations: Tsinandali for white wines, Mukuzani, and Kindzmarauli for reds. Proximity of Mountains causes large swings in temperature, sunny days and cool nights ensuring the perfect ripening conditions for the grapes. -Winery with the most modern fecilities, controlled temperature for all the wines, stainless steel tanks for fermentation and storage, 650 oak casks for maturation. -Special room for bottling and labeling with the modern filtering and micro filtration plants. -Production rise from 300 000 in 1998 to 3 500 000 bottles in 2005. AND AS A RESULT: Our wines have won more than 100 gold and silver medals and awards on international wine competitions. |
